  The hotel staff were all very friendly. The hotel itself left a little to be desired. Location was not an issue, as it's directly off the main road and within close proximity to local eating and shopping. There is also a nice beach five minutes drive away. The rooms however could do with a little work. The carpets hadn't been hoovered under the beds recently (we had a family room). The lights on both mirrors in the room weren't working. The closing mechanism on the door kept catching the door when opened so the door had to be closed manually by pushing it closed.
  I didn't try the service or the food in the restaurant so can't speak for their quality. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was good. I have stayed in better hotels but also worse ones too.

  My family have stayed here when visit my house and they liked it, reasonable prices and very clean. Food next door pub is good also :)
