  Nice meal,but found the tables n chairs very sticky but we were dining in the kids creche area,kids with sticky fingers maybe?? Would dine there again,nice area for the kids inside/ outside play areas.

  Very good place to eat, even when it's busy they don't seem to mess up orders and with a child having allergies they are good at accommodating him. Some meals need a rethink on how they are presented... personally dont like the wooden plates etc... anyway the down side is the toilets near the kids area are always messy and dyer doesn't work. Also they could do something to help combat the smell in the kids play barn and it could do with a upgrade or a clean and make a door to the outside via the play barn and incorporate that in with a fenced off area for outside. Lock and close the door when it's poor weather.
  
  Just a thought: Maybe also employ a activities person to do something with the kids? And charge a small fee a maybe £2.00 per family for the use of? But again emphasise that kids must be supervised to prevent the activities person having to baby sit all the kids they are purely there to do a game or help facilitate a game?

  Was given wrong starter could not find waitress to change it so ate it. Took 45 mins for next course to be served and it had been heated in microwave. The salad was even hot. Complained and got main courses free.

  Big place but not a lot of staff to cover tables on a Saturday lunch time, even when it wasn't busy.
  
  The high walls at the back where the play area is, meant we were forgotten by staff for long periods of time. We weren't asked if we wanted more drinks which were empty, our plates were just picked up from the table. Had to wait 20 mins for waitress to come back asking if we wanted to see dessert menus. I had to look around for someone to pay the bill and waited a long time before anyone came. A waitress had seen me standing with my card and try and ignored me to clear tables in an empty room.
  
  We arrived at 1pm, and I had to leave for an appointment at 3.30pm while my son and his dad stayed to play. 2 and a half hours for a sandwich, a cake and coffee is far too long.
  
  There is a small soft play area that my son had fun in.
  
  They do have TVs on the walls at each table to entertain the kids, you can switch it off if you want to.
