- 1 / 5By A FCompletely confused! I asked for a Bailey's Latte as I love Bailey's and I then asked for a Strawberry & Banana Crush for my 14 year old daughter who was with me. The girl then asked me for ID - I am 51 !! I showed her my driver's licence and said but I've obviously not got the car today as we got the bus. She then asked for ID for my 14 year old daughter. I told her she was 14 and said she's having the Crush so why does she need ID? She replied because there is alcohol in the Bailey's. I then said but she's not having it - I am and I'm 51. She then said it doesn't matter and refused to sell me it. I then said forget it I'll just have a black coffee. I am confused as to what the Licensing Laws are in this respect?? Does anyone know??December 07, 2016
