  Usually good but very rude this evening. Food was nearly an hour late and the delivery guy didn't even give us a chance to talk. They have our number to call and they didn't even have the decency to call and say "the food will be late I'm sorry about that" we called up to complain but the person who answered the phone was very rude and kept interrupting when my fiance and I asked a question. Common decency says to respect a customer and call them to let them know that the order would be late.
  edit: food finally came and my panini was burnt! I said to add sauce to the burger and there was none on it! This is beyond the joke! Wedges were dry and burnt! This company is usually very good but this place is starting to anger me. If this happens again they are losing a loyal customer!

  The fact I phoned for a pizza and chips at 10 to 9 this evening, it's not 25 past 10 and STILL haven't had my food after me phoning back to ask what the hell is going on to be told the driver would be 5 minutes 20 minutes ago is absolutely disgraceful!!! I life 5 minutes away from your shop, 1 pizza and a small chips does not take an hour and a half to deliver 5 minutes along the road!!!!!!!!!!

  I am a regular at this shop and I have always had great service. The meal deals are well worth the price and I usually get meal deal 3. Although it appears as a set menu for the meal deals the people in the shop are more than happy to change things in the deal to suit the customer. I have recommended this shop to family, friends and work colleagues and when any of them have tried it they have had only good things to say.
