  TL;DR: If any of these things also annoy you (Impolite customer service, undercooked food, large mistakes with order), I would strongly recommend one of the many other local restaurants.
  
  After ordering in-store, I got home to find out that they had given me chicken rather than the vegetarian meal I had ordered. I don't usually bother leaving negative reviews but when rang and tried to be polite despite this (people make mistakes), the person on the other end was very unapologetic and tried to charge me for delivery to my flat in the city centre based on their mistake until I pressed them on the matter, after which they said that they would ask if the driver was willing to deliver the meal without charging me the delivery fee, which I thought was quite rude considering. When the food came after this mishap, the majority of what I had ordered had, in my opinion, been rushed and undercooked - the green peppers, the carrots and the onions were still relatively hard.
  
  I emphasise that there a number of local places with similar prices, consistent food and perfectly fine customer service. Why waste your money?
