  The staff here are very nice, helpful, welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is generally kept clean and the bins are never overflowing. I'm caffeine intolerant and don't drink juice but although I can't get decaffeinated products there they always give me hot water no questions asked.

  Haven't been here for a long time but after driving home from Glasgow we were starving so we decided BK will do and sat in. The girl at the desk was lovely and polite despite it being very busy. We ordered our food and they catered for me wanting extra Lettuce, onion and mayo without any problem. Food hot and very tasty. Excellent cup of tea. Clean toilets.
